Upon entering combat, and thereafter every 5 seconds, when engaging an enemy, defeating an enemy hero, or when your HP first falls below 80%, 60%, 40%, or 20%, a random battle flag is planted, inspiring all nearby allies for 10 seconds. Effects from the same flag can stack up to 2 times; different flags’ effects also stack.
Storm Flag: Boosts movement speed and attack speed by 6(15)%.
War Flag: Boosts attack by 8(20)%.
Ironclad Flag: Boosts defense by 8(20)%.
