his left eye holds black ice of the polar night, while his right burns with the seventh echo of the Frost Plague.

02Skill
Sorrow of the Frost
Generates a [Death Aura] at the start of battle that lasts for the entire duration. While alive, Arthas's own squad and all Undead units gain 16(40)% ATK, DEF, and ATK Speed (cannot be dispelled).
[Death Aura]: When an allied Hero within range takes lethal damage for the first time, an Undead version of them is generated for 10 seconds (non-Undead summons have a 50% chance to be converted into an Undead form upon taking lethal damage). Every 3 seconds, casts Soul Carve on the 2 most injured enemy Heroes within range, dealing skill damage equal to 100(250)% of ATK.
[Undead]: A summoned unit that inherits 40(100)% of its original owner's attributes. Upon conversion, it shares 4(10)% of its ATK, HP, and DEF with Arthas for 10 seconds (cannot be dispelled).

Undead Scepter Sacrament
Undead Scepter Sacrament A scepter forged from ancient undead bones and dark magical energy, its tip adorned with a gem that emits a ghostly green light. The shaft is inscribed with mysterious runes that channel the power of death and command the undead.
Hero reduces skill damage received by 33%
Damage is doubled against targets with less than 30% HP.
Soul Reap has a 15% chance to deal True Piercing DMG equal to 40% of the target's current HP, while summoning an allied Undead that inherits 100% of their attributes for 10 seconds.
Casts Call of the Departed every 10 seconds. All enemy summons within range have a 40% chance to be converted into allied Undead, inheriting 100% of their attributes for 10 seconds.
For every 20 seconds Arthas remains alive, he resurrects a fallen enemy squad to rejoin the battlefield as an allied Undead Commander. This enemy unit is permanently removed from the enemy's casualty list and cannot be resurrected by the enemy. This effect lasts for the entire battle.
04 Lord of the Undead Awaken
After the battle begins, damage dealt and damage reduction are increased by 3%.
Triggered at the start of battle: Transforms 1 nearest allied Cavalry Hero in front of their position into an Undead Legion Commander (non-summoned unit), and generates an additional Undead inheriting 40(100)% of their attributes for 30 seconds.
Triggered at the start of battle: Transforms the 2 nearest allied Cavalry Heroes in front of their position into Undead Legion Commanders (non-summoned units), and generates additional Undead inheriting 60(150)% of their attributes for 60 seconds.
