Ji Fa

Ji Fa, second son of King Wen of Zhou and younger brother of Bo Yikao, also known as King Wu of Zhou, inherited his father's will. Supported by Jiang Ziya and others, he led Western Qi to prosperity and strength. He eventually overthrew the Shang at the Battle of Muye and established the Zhou Dynasty, inaugurating a new era as its first king.

Mandated by Heaven
At battle start, deploys the Destiny Domain (every 5 seconds, boosts allied tenacity by 12(30)% and dodge by 8(20) points for units within range; this effect can be dispelled). Every 12 seconds, activates Destiny Events in order, each lasting 10 seconds and is undispellable: From Calamity to Fortune: Allies inside the domain (excluding self) take -8(-20)% less damage, losing no more than 90(60)% HP. Guidance of the Star Path: Self gains +40(100) dodge; allies inside the domain enjoy guaranteed hits and +8(20)% attack bonus. Imperial Advance: Normal attack damage from allied heroes within the domain heals Ji Fa for 30(60)%; normal attack damage from enemy heroes is absorbed by Ji Fa at -20(-50)% of the value.
03 Emperor's Sword Sacrament
The Emperor's Sword, forged from Kunwu red copper, is etched with sun, moon, mountains, and rivers—symbol of Shang's royal authority. Its unsheathing roar echoes the heavens, able to slice through steel. It bears the power of 'Heaven's Mandate.' Only imperial bloodlines can wield it; should one defy the heavens, the blade will wail and glow red with blood.

Each time a Destiny Event is triggered, the Emperor's Sword descends, dealing damage to the nearest enemy hero equal to 5% of their current HP × the number of remaining allied heroes in the field (up to a maximum of 50%).

The effective range of the Destiny Field is increased by 25%.

Imperial Onslaught is no longer functions as a Destiny Event and instead becomes a permanent effect. Ji Fa's healing received is permanently increased by 33%.
