Arpus Duncurido, a prodigiously gifted wizard. Following his sister's accidental death in a duel, he became deeply self-disciplined. He later served as headmaster and leader of the Phoenix Society, invented the Deluminator, and became master of the Elder Wand. To oppose Voldemort, he secretly plotted with Simpson, ultimately sacrificing himself atop the Astronomy Tower. His strategies paved the way for Harry's victory over the Horcruxes.

When battle starts, a [Flame Spirit] is summoned at both your position and that of the farthest enemy in your row. Every 10 seconds, you gain a Blazing Shield, which absorbs damage equal to 200(500)% of Magic Attack and neutralizes 1(3) negative control effects for 6 seconds. This effect cannot be dispelled. Simultaneously, the 2 nearest enemy heroes are afflicted with [Flame Sun Shackles] for 5 seconds, which cannot be removed. [Flame Sun Shackles]: The target cannot move or cast skills and suffers skill damage each second equal to 55(100)% of the caster’s Magic Attack. [Flame Spirit]: Special unit—cannot be targeted by normal attacks and vanishes upon Apus Dunkurido's death. Every 9(6) seconds, hurls a fireball at another Flame Spirit, dealing skill damage equal to 120(300)% of Magic Attack to all enemies in its path (only 10% damage to soldiers).

Forged from Dawn Gold, with a blazing crystal core set at its tip. Legend says that during the Siege of the Snowbound City, Apus wielded this staff to release waves of light, dispelling the dark mist and protecting tens of thousands of sanctuary residents. At every sunrise, a soft glow shimmers at the staff's end.

When Flame Spirit appears, it immediately casts a Fireball. If hit by a Fireball, targets take an additional 3% of their max HP as magic damage from any further Fireballs for the next 15 seconds.

20 seconds after its creation, the Flame Spirit will gain sentience and begin to move, additionally launching a fireball that attacks all enemies along the path to the farthest enemy unit. When casting the fireball, it also releases the Seed of Victory, increasing allies' attack within range by 10% and reducing enemies' attack speed by 20% for 5 seconds. These effects cannot be dispelled.
