Balrog of Moria

Flamewhip Fiend
01Lore
The Balrog of Moria, the last surviving Balrog from the great wars of the First Age, once slew Durin VI, king of the dwarves, leading to the abandonment of the Moria mines. The Balrog then lay dormant within the depths until the arrival of the Fellowship of the Ring awakened it, prompting a relentless pursuit of the group. In the ensuing battle with Gandalf atop the Bridge of Khazad-dûm, both fell into the abyss, with the Balrog ultimately meeting its end at Gandalf's hand.
02Skill
March into hell together
At the start of combat, 1 "Infernal Chain" is created, orbiting the caster and lasting for the duration of the match. Every 60(30) seconds survived, an additional 1 "Infernal Chain" is generated, up to 3 in total. Upon first receiving lethal damage, all "Infernal Chains" detonate, dealing true damage to all currently suppressed units, equal to Moria Balrog's 20(50)% max HP plus 500(800)% physical attack. "Infernal Chain": Automatically targets enemies within range who aren't already chain-suppressed, dealing 300(600)% physical attack damage and suppressing them for 10 seconds. The chain returns to Moria Balrog if suppression ends or if the target dies. While suppressed, the target's basic attack damage is forcibly set to 60(30)%, and this effect cannot be removed.
03 Chains of Purgatory Sacrament
Forged from Corefire Bronze and Nether Iron, inscribed with infernal runes. Legend holds that the Hellfire Lord used this to bind souls in the abyss, subduing countless fiends. In battle, the chains ring of their own accord, roaring with the fury of blazing flames.
1
Hero HP +6%
2
Heroes receive 33% less skill damage.
3
When the Infernal Chains return to the Balrog of Moria, it restores HP equal to 500% of its physical attack.
4
While restrained by the Chains of Purgatory, the target cannot move, and there is a 50% chance that any buffs they receive will fail.
5
Initial chain count +1. Purgatory Chain detonation mechanism changed: Locks down the area centered on the suppressed target, preventing all enemies within range from being target locked by either side and rendering them unable to act for 8 seconds; this effect cannot be dispelled. At the end, the chains detonate, dealing 30% of the detonation damage to other enemies (only 5% damage to soldiers). Afterwards, the character revives with 50% HP.
