At the start of battle and every 16(10) seconds thereafter, triggers an effect that resets the state of all own units to their pre-battle condition (fully restores HP, removes all buffs/skill effects). Afterwards, increases normal attack damage reduction by -20(-50)% for 8 seconds. This effect cannot be dispelled.
