Niccolò Machiavelli was an Italian statesman and thinker of the Renaissance era, recognized as a founding figure of modern political science. Born into the citizen rank of Florence, he devoted himself to city-state politics in his early years and served as the Second Chancellor, overseeing diplomatic and military affairs. After the Medici family returned to power, he lost his position, dedicating himself thereafter to writing. His works, The Prince and Discourses on Livy, established his reputation as the “Father of Realist Politics.”

Contract of Power
At the start of battle, triggers every 9 seconds: enters into a contract with the nearest enemy hero for 40 seconds. This effect cannot be dispelled. Afterwards, deals 80(200)% magic penetration skill damage to all units under contract.

A secret tome bound in ancient sheepskin, its pages stained with rust and ink. Legend holds that its words shift according to the reader’s thoughts, serving as a mirror for humanity and power. Should selfish intent fill the reader’s heart, the paper seeps with a sinister crimson.

When the contract is signed, the target is silenced for 4 seconds and cannot be dispelled; afterwards, when skill damage is dealt to all contracted units, they are additionally silenced for 2 seconds, which can be dispelled.

Plot Contract cooldown reduced by 2 seconds, Contract Enhancement: After signing, enemy heroes who perform a kill will lose all attack power for 2 seconds (cooldown: 8 seconds), which cannot be dispelled.
