Fortune Turns
Every 10 seconds in combat, the number of remaining units on both sides is assessed. If the allied count is equal to or exceeds the enemies', the battle is in the "Advantage" state; otherwise, it shifts to "Disadvantage." The state begins as Advantage. These effects are undispellable. [Advantage]: Allied ranged units gain 2(5)% increased skill damage. [Disadvantage]: Allied ranged units take -4(-10)% reduced skill damage.
03 Tianquan Wind Seal Sacrament
Forged from Thunderstone and Frostsand, this seal contains the Wind Eye of the Nine Heavens. Legend has it that the Wind Lord uses this seal to govern the directions of all winds; when opened, it unleashes thunder across ten thousand miles, and when closed, calms the seas of the world. Even the slightest turn of the seal is said to shake the very breath of heaven and earth.
