When the Dispatch Team itself is on the field, all allied Mechanized units' damage is increased by 12(30)% and they gain immunity to healing reduction and damage reduction effects, while allied units hindered by Mechanized parts have their damage reduction and counterattack increased by -15(-24)%. Cannot be dispelled. Allied units attached with Mechanized parts gain one-third of the damage reduction / damage mitigation / counterattack bonuses. Triggered at battle start, and then every 8 seconds during battle, creating a [Mechanized Bird] on a random allied ranged hero.
[Mechanized Bird]: Inherits 40(100)% of the Dispatch Team's HP and 60(120)% of its Attack, has no Defense, increases range by 20(50)%, and lasts up to 20 seconds. Every 3 seconds, the Mechanized Bird fires feathers at the 2 enemy heroes farthest away, dealing one instance of 120(150)% power-based normal attack damage (guaranteed hit, crit calculated separately).

At the start of battle, create 2 additional Mecha-Birds.
The Mecha-Bird attacks the 3 furthest enemy heroes each time.
For the first 60 seconds of battle, transform into a Mecha Core (cannot be targeted, cannot perform basic attacks, immune to physical damage, and single instances of magic damage received will not exceed 25% of max HP).
Each time a Mecha-Bird is summoned, additionally create a Mecha-Wolf at your position (infantry logic, lasts until Gongshu Ban is defeated), inheriting 100% of ATK, HP, and DEF. Upon first contact with the enemy, it deals basic attack damage equal to 200% Potency to enemies in range (guaranteed hit and critical hit, deals only 25% damage to soldiers).

After the Mechanical Bird is destroyed, its parts will attach to the allied Ranged Hero with the highest Attack that is not already attached. This effect lasts for 15 seconds and cannot be dispelled. The attached ally fires a plume at the furthest enemy Hero every 3 seconds, dealing Basic Attack damage equal to 40(100)% Potency (Hit and Critical Hit are determined independently). Parts will no longer be recovered after Gongshu Ban is defeated.
After the Mechanical Bird/Wolf is destroyed, its parts will attach to the allied Ranged/Melee Hero with the highest Attack that is not already attached. This effect lasts for 20 seconds and cannot be dispelled. An attached Ranged ally fires a plume at the furthest enemy Hero every 3 seconds, and an attached Melee ally performs a double strike with every Basic Attack. Both the plume and the double strike deal Basic Attack damage equal to 60(150)% Potency (Hit and Critical Hit are determined independently). Parts will no longer be recovered after Gongshu Ban is defeated.
